An uptight man’s first-ever attempt to relax with the help of a meditation tape. The harder he tries to relax, the more flustered he becomes. In contrast to his ever-increasing mix of emotions, the voice on the tape just keeps droning on and on without remorse.

It’s a wild barrage of images, alternating back and forth between the man trying to meditate and the visions that shoot through his mind when his eyes are closed.
